A registered, protected design
Everpeak Engineering Company Limited has completed Hong Kong design registration for its LD2503 / LD2504 / LD2505 tail lift infrared and laser sensor safety system. The design registration number is 2525795.3 and covers the system control box, safety brackets and overall product design.
One system, three model references
The system uses a common control unit with configurations that suit different vehicles:
- LD2503 / LD2504 / LD2505: infrared (IR) or laser sensor versions, used with the control box and 3-metre cable
- RTS-19 and RTS-20: left-right pair of dual-sensor brackets for medium tail lifts
- RTS-21: single-sensor bracket for standard setups
- RTS-22: triple-sensor bracket with wider coverage for larger tail lifts
The system is compliant with EN1756-1:2021 and ISO 13854:2019 and includes release-to-reactivate and fail-safe designs that align with the Hong Kong Labour Department’s tail lift safety requirements updated in May 2025.
